Requirements:
- The fellowships are for PhD students who successfully applied to Doctorate School of Exact and Nature Sciences at Jagiellonian University in physics or biophysics.
- Experience in cell culture 2D and 3D models (spheroids), biomarkers research, radiopharmaceutical testing, and molecular- or bio-imaging techniques, or
- Experience in the work with radiation detectors, data analysis, statistics and computer programming, or
- Experience in building and calibration of radiation detectors, advanced multi-level data analysis, Monte-Carlo simulations, advanced level statistical inference, and computer programming.
- Good knowledge of English.
Task description:
- Work on the project tasks specified in the NCN project OPUS24+LAP “High-throughput PET imaging by decoding multi-photon signals on long axial field-of-view PET using physics-guided artificial intelligence” https://projekty.ncn.gov.pl/index.php?projekt_id=570858
- Collaboration with our partners from University of Bern.

The conditions of employment:
Each scholarship of 3300 PLN per month during the time 1 July 2024 till 30 June 2025
