Last Saturday (June 1, 2019) the final of the 7th edition of the National Competition „Chain Experiment” took place at the Faculty of Physics, Astronomy and Applied Computer Science.
Over 100 teams from all over Poland came to Kraków to present to the public and jury complex devices they have been working on for the last moths. All devices were connected into a chain and consequently started in order to transport a metal ball.
The event was accompanied by physics experiments demonstrations and attractions for the youngest.
Winners
Category: 1-3 grades of primary school and kindergartens

The main prize went to the team of T.Halik Non-public School in Reda, for the device “Sea Adventure”.
Special mention was awarded to the team of Żołnierzy Września 1939 Primary School in Majdan Główny for the device “A Clever Ball”.
Category: 4-6 grades of primary school

The main prize went to the team of Primary School no. 9 in Gliwice for the device “Kuleczkowo”.

Category: 7-8 grades of primary school and junior high schools

- the team of W.Szafer Primary School with Integration Units no. 162 in Kraków for the device “Dragonfly”
