Last Friday our Faculty hosted lovers of science, who visited us within the Małopolska Researchers’ Night.
We have prepared various popular science lectures, workshops and interactive demonstrations for our guests.
There was a little of something for everybody. The youngest learned how to fight the dragon and realized that physics is everywhere - even in the kitchen. Participants of Researchers’ Night could also build on their own a spectroscope, a microscope – out of WADER blocks, and take part in the experimenters’ contest. They discovered the secrets of biophysics, visited Frankenstein’s laboratory and had a chance to see research laboratories of our Faculty.
